Compassionate neutrality offers a way to step back from fixing and instead create the conditions for healing. It allows you to hold space with curiosity and trust, inviting energy to flow where it’s needed most.
In this state, you embody presence and openness, letting go of the need to control or direct. Compassionate neutrality is the practice of allowing and trusting—without losing connection to yourself or the other person.
